mhat's cocoa Here's the basic recipe: 2 1/2 C Dry Milk 1 C Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder 2 C Powdered Sugar 2 tsp Corn Starch 1 tsp Salt Sift and Mix until the mixture is well integrated. Fill your cup 1/3 with the powder then add enough hot water to cover. Use a fork or a whisk to combine the water and powder. Once you have a good slurry (paste) add the rest of the water.=20 I have a few other elements to my recipe that I'm experimenting with; namely cinnamon and cayenne -- but I can't tell you how much of each to add 'cause I made it up as I went.
