a lot of times, i just use the packaged mix plus some avo's. ghetto, but still pretty good. when i'm feeling a little more motivated, i do this: 1 clove garlic, minced 4 avocados juice of 1/2 lime 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste a few big pinches of cumin powder a few big pinches of curry powder a couple of green onions, chopped finely a little red onion, grated some chopped pepper--prefer serrano but jap or even pickled jap is tolerable or at least a dash of cayenne. 1/3 cup of sour cream don't overmash the avo--shouldn't be a puree
