kim's mango lassi 1/4cup plain yogurt 3 oz mango (i use frozen, but fresh, obviously, is great, if you can find if ripe, peel it, and pit it) 1/2tsp ground ginger 3 tbsp sugar a handful of ice cubes 1 cup milk (you can also use ice cream and skip the sugar) 1/2 tsp garam masala (no, really) scale it up to make more, you'll be happy =)
