johnbo's tasty-ass vegan banana bread

mix:

1 cup ripe bananas mashed
3/4 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp backing powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/3 cup peach brandy
1/4 cup vanilla rice milk

cook:
 @350 for ~1 hour (or more) til toothpick
  comes out clean
